Sunday, November 29, 2009 - Surprisingly very pale in color; nose of crisp apple, citrus and hint of vanilla; great savory notes on palate as this is dry and extremely mineral-driven. A joy for lovers of chablis or German riesling who love the play between a rich, sweet quality and pure minerality playing on saltiness. That is the great mouthfeel as well. Nice length with the ripe frutiness winning out over the salinity. A joy to drink. These folks let me down big-time in the late 90's (POX). This is a big step towards redemption!
