Friday, December 4, 2009 - Dom Perignon Dinner (Nicholini's, Conrad Hotel, Hong Kong): Almost amber tea in colour. Rose hip nose. Rose tea palate with raspberries. Nice..........though I don't particularly like rose champagne.
