Thursday, December 31, 2009 - Wow. Deep, dark, powerful purple. Berries, violets, and graphite. Decanted two hours and poured back into bottle. Tannins in evidence but not overpowering. Drinkable now, but will be really interesting to see what it's like with a few more years in the bottle.
