Sunday, January 31, 2010 - Pop and poured. Tight in the beginning and deceptively flat. After about 3-4 hours, charred oak, plum, spice, and a hint of licorice and buttered toast. Firm tannins. Well balanced, long plummy finish with a hint of cherry jam and mint.
