Friday, March 12, 2010 - Dinner with Chris & Ann ('82 Lynch-Bages, '83 Raymond-Lafon) (Ann's House): Color: Pale yellow with a light green tint to it.

Smell: freshly sliced jalapeño peppers, fresh cut grass, and a lemon/lime citrus note.

Taste: Flavors of lemon, lime, mineral, and quince

Overall: A very nice wine that is aging well. It's not as acidic as I remember, but there is still a wonderful balance with this. The vibrant fruit and the acidity play well with one another and went well with the Arugula, passion fruit, and star fruit salad.
