Wednesday, March 17, 2010 - The first night it had a very sulfuric nose, but by the second night it blew off and offered a nice melon and citrus aroma. While the palate was not terribly complex, the Riesling in this blend really brought some nice mid-palate and back end acid that made it a very food friendly wine.
