Thursday, May 13, 2010 - Pale yellow with a hint of green. Nose is light and clean showing some lemon and a metallic edge. The fruit is fresh citrus with a hint of grassy weeds. The fruit is not big and rich and round, but noticeably finished in steel vats -- only a light touch of butter from the partial oak elevage. It is a bit bracing. Medium finish
