Friday, May 21, 2010 - 5th bottle of this we've opened and finally it is starting to show some of the class Parker talked about. This is by far the best bottle we've had. Decanted 3 hours but getting better after 5 and even better with food. High acidity, laser focused, intense mostly red fruit. Long aftertaste where some complexities are starting to show. This will probably be even better in a few more years.
