Saturday, June 5, 2010 - New at Provincial store. Grab bag of Cab Franc, Cab Sauv, Merlot. Columbia Valley, Washington. A little heat on nose and palate. Some background funky oak, and green peppers for sure. Medium acid and light tannins. The palate is similar. More vegetal than fruit. I let sit in glass for 30 mins+.
