Sunday, June 20, 2010 - Pop and pour whcih was a mistake but it was fun watching this wine change over time. Initially a lot of oak, dill, chocolate. But the nose was balanced out by huge sweet florals and bright cherries. And then...at the 4 hour mark, the bull rounded the corner. Blood, iodine, cherries, tar, aspault, Earl Grey tea, herbs, raspberries, minerals, and those Cayuse veggies. This wine is huge but absolutely delish! Can't wait to try in a few years. 94+
