Dominant flavor of dense, dark cherry with some earth and a nice touch of underbrush. Full mouthfeel, yet soft and very fine tannins throughout with spice increasing on the back of the palate leading to an elegant finish. Can be enjoyed now with 1 - 2 hr’s decant time, but should cellar well for several more years.
