Friday, July 2, 2010 - Grippy, concentrated nose of earth and fruit. In the mouth volatiles, spice, and sour fruit followed by a chewy savory and almost sweet pulse of dark fruits (blackberry, plum), then wood and leather. Finish fades of same elements.
