Wine was unimpressive at first but as over the course of the evening it developed into quite a good and unique wine. This vintage could still use a year or two of bottle aging but was definitely drinkable at this stage with some aeration. We drank the other half the next afternoon and it held up very well with little change from the previous night. Will certainly continue to explore wines from this producer.
