Sunday, July 18, 2010 - Last two bottles that I have drank of this wine were a 180 degrees from the first that I had in 2008. All the hallmarks of an excellent Sauternes: armomatically pleasant, rich, sweet but balanced acidity to provide a fresh apricot and pear flavor that lingers memorably.
