Monday, September 20, 2010 - Wildman's Sancerre and Jolivet (Matunuck Oyster Bat): I thought this really rocked, bringing much excitement then the regular Vaillon. The nose is a little muted, but the palate brings and a great intensity, with a lot of depth. This is a delicious Chablis. 92+
