Saturday, September 25, 2010 - Very mature Ridge cabernet sauvignon with slight browning color, but mostly deep ruby red. Nose was complex with slight oak, mainly fruit, especially berries. Smooth tongue feel with minimal tannin, but enough to not hide the cabernet sauvignon origin. Complex taste with fruit and minimal tannin. Long finish with both tannin and lovely cabernet tones. Overall, fabulous!
