Wednesday, October 27, 2010 - Typical PS inky black red color. Floral notes dominate initially on the nose upon opening the bottle, then dark berries, and a whiff of bacon fat. On the palate picked up berries, and a good does of minerality. Medium-bodied with surprising acidity, and tame tannins. Good balance, and a medium finish
