Friday, November 12, 2010 - Friday Night Bubbles. Pale yellow in colour with nice beading. Yeast, toast and cloves off the nose. Almost creamy on tasting, nuts, toast, apples, rose water, crisp and dry. Nice fruit back bone, long finish, a well balanced wine. I like this wine, great price point below the entry level french mass produced products and about the same as a Vintage Domain Chandon.
