Monday, November 22, 2010 - 3rd bottle from my cellar and popped and poured. Pale ruby red. Lovely nose of cherry, spice and earth, but primarily fruit and spice. Minerals, earth, and some licorice with a tad of sour cherry and plum. No tannin and drinking nicely. Balanced with a good finish. A little more fruit desired, but still a nice wine that is ready to go.
