Thursday, December 16, 2010 - Andrew's Birthday (Jade Palace, Forum): Very fragrant in the way the best Pomerols are. Plums dominate the sappy but serious palate with silky but firm tannins. Interestingly I get a lot of minerality in this wine. I like the way this is drinking now and would go very well with red meat. Very good plus.
