Wednesday, December 15, 2010 - This wine seems to be getting much better with more time. Maybe it was going through one of those famous closed phases for my previous tastings (~1 year ago). It is beginning to have a nose of interest with relatively nice cab fruit. It is showing more balance than before and actually has some taste from beginning to finish. There is huge variation in the tasting notes of others. Maybe the wine maker got his casks mixed up for the quality wine and the crappy wine. This is unfortunate for him, as I have been avoiding this brand as of late.
