Sunday, December 12, 2010 - I opened this at the end of our 12/12/10 duck dinner. It had a tremendous bouquet of roasted nuts, caramel, toffee, coffee and dark chocolate aromas. The palate was very smooth and balanced with a slight touch of residual sugar and flavors that followed the nose. There were several guests who declared it their WOTN. 95+
