Saturday, December 25, 2010 - The wines of Beaucastel are lost on me. My palate must lack a receptor to appreciate them. I get no elegance or finish from them. There must be Beaucastel tasters and non-tasters. Regrettably, I am the latter. I've tasted the 2005 Beaucastel on several occasions, and I just don't get it.
