Saturday, July 8, 2006 - Used this as a palet cleanser before the Alexander Valley Cab tasting, and wished I'd kept it to myself because it was too little for each person when shared amongst 6 or 7 people. Delicious in a yeasty, creamy kind of way. Cheers to my friend Jim for giving me this bottle.
