Friday, January 7, 2011 - more than a year later, this requires decanting. however, after 60 min bouquet is evolving (tart fruit, cherry, bark, ground sand), palate with prominent acid profile (bitterness is still present). again, a food wine. a bit more evolved, pleasant and enjoyable.
