Saturday, February 5, 2011 - Decanted 1hr before drinking with grilled ribeyes. Minimal sediment. Medium ruby red with a touch of bricking. Nice leathery red fruit, tobacco, well integrated oak. Medium bodied, maybe lacking a touch of concentration, but with soft tannins and a pleasant crisp finish. Enjoyable with the steak... a "good value" Okanagan Bord. blend.
