Wednesday, March 30, 2011 - Poured each glass through Vinturi. Color deep, dark, inky, purple. Nose started off with aromas of oak, minerals (stone), then as it opened up got some bacon and smokiness. Palate is full-bodied, this is a big wine but balanced. Got that minerality that lead to a lingering spicy finish. Actually went very well smoked gouda cheese. 5,13,15,5=88
