Saturday, April 2, 2011 - Do not linger over this wine. Opened fresh and poured to enjoy with lamb. Fruity, herbal, delicious. Close, and other spices on the nose. As it ages, it starts to fade, so drink over the next few months without decanting and absolutely no aeration! This wine is an old friend, enjoy it while it is here.
