Saturday, April 9, 2011 - I opened my third bottle at the end of my 4/9/11 syrah and lamb dinner. Although it didn’t seem quite as good, my notes were the same as those written on 2/6/11… a great bouquet of caramel, dried fig, raisin, roasted nut and mocha aromas. The palate was smooth and beautifully balanced with flavors of roasted nuts, caramel, dried figs and mocha. 93+
