Tuesday, May 10, 2011 - Light yellow color. Aromas of pears, beeswax and minerals. Ripe, focused fruit in the mouth with with excellent structure, depth and length. This wine was delicious with food but is still in its infancy and lacked the sauveness, complexity and oily quality of a great white from the Cote D'or at this time. Perhaps in 1 or 2 more years it will warrant a higher score.
