Thursday, May 12, 2011 - A rich gold colored white with a grape fruit, citric nose, The taste is acidic semi-sweet fruit, a very dry finish with a touch of citric and anise on the finish. You can almost feel a fizz when you swoosh this wine. The fruit structure and layer is throughout the taste, with a nice layering acid, citrus and anise built upon it. A very well made white.
