Saturday, June 11, 2011 - Extremely young, straw yellow, fine-numerous-persistent efervescence. Fine nose, made of yellow fruit, white flowers, and white mineral perfumes that reminds a blanc de blancs even if this is 100% P.M.. Impressive freshness, this is like a sword, no sweetnees but long persistent without being bitter.
