for me the 3rd best champagne in a double blind tasting of 13 growerchampagmes, I guessed a BdB but it was 100% PM, Brioche Toast, Vanilla, citrus, nuts, very mineralic, nuts in the finish, much too young, give him 5-10 years more

Champagne BYO including several Savart and Ulysse Collin (Bromma, Stockholm): Medium yellow colour. Nose with ripe yellow apple, other ripe yellow fruit some honey, developed notes with winter apples, rather noticeable spice. Fruity palate with powerful concentration, yellow apples, other yellow fruit, high acidity, rather ready to drink. 91 p Quite good for a Pinot Meunier!

Very nice - packed with bright citrus, pear and riper red fruited flavours, framed by more savoury toasty, yeasty and doughy notes with a chalky mineral undercurrent that becomes more prominent with air. There's bright acidity and a persistent bead giving this a very light, refreshing quality, but while it's really good, it doesn't quite deliver for the price point.

Extremely young, straw yellow, fine-numerous-persistent efervescence. Fine nose, made of yellow fruit, white flowers, and white mineral perfumes that reminds a blanc de blancs even if this is 100% P.M.. Impressive freshness, this is like a sword, no sweetnees but long persistent without being bitter.

Champagne Brunch (@Terkel): Sweet and oxidated nose. Red apples on the palate that is somewhat sweet but still a refreshing acidity. The acidity is a little strange and quite "rough" but overall a very interesting wine!
