Saturday, June 18, 2011 - Popped Cork at 2pm, just left open to breath til dinner [530], didnt want to decant as the vines are young. Took an inital taste on pop there was heat and oak on the nose that def wasn't at 530 integrated well

A: Med+ Int, Youthful
Black Olives, Blackberry/Liquor, Fat[Bologna], Dark Savory/Umami think Vegemite
T: med+ acid, med tannin, med+ body, med+ finish
Blackberry, Smoke, Dark/Earthy, Meaty
Conc: Very Refreshing, it doesn't feel heavy its good you could drink a bottle and not feel weight down, but def very fresh
