Wednesday, March 9, 2011 - Dark and luminous red blue hue with bright meniscus. Reticent aromas of mineral, earth, black currant, roasted coffee bean, bitter chocolate and spicy black fruit. Moderate plus acid, silken texture, firm, ripe tannin and a long cocoa powder, chalky finish. Needs time to knit. Drink 2014-2026.
