Thursday, August 25, 2011 - Still one of my favorite champagnes. Sorry no notes we talked too much over mediterranean tomato salad with goat cheese. At dinner with Petitblanc (CT'er) and he was very impressed with this champagne. My girlfriend brought up the Dom comparison again and she is hard core when it comes to Champagne.
