Monday, September 26, 2011 - Somewhat funky nose, a little dirty/musty with fruit and cola. Flavors of raspberry and blackberry with coffee and mild spice and vanilla. Was a nice compliment to a salt and peppered ribeye steak. Have a couple more that will let sit for a couple years.
