Monday, October 10, 2011 - Needs time... Day 1: you could smell the rich, ripe blue fruit was there, though high, bitter acid detracted from the enjoyment in the mouth... I watched this bottle for days, knowing that Petite Sirah could stand some air, and finally after 4 days, the acid mellowed, and it was simply a pleasure to drink... Juicy, dark berries, blueberries and spice... not the longest finish, though what more do you want for under $10... yet given it took 4+ before it was enjoyable, I really can't recommend it... unless time is of no significance...
