Saturday, October 15, 2011 - Very attractive BdB with bread yeast, brioche, citrus and chalky minerals. Elegant mousse, harmonious balance with ripe chardonnay fruit and a refreshing green apple finish that should develop more complexity in a year or two. Not the least vegetal or bitter. Yes, we like it a lot.
