This Champagne is fruity, pleasant, fresh and decently structured, but it offers nothing special, when it comes to aromas and flavors. Not quite bad for the moderate price, though.

100% Chardonnay from 1er Cru and Grand Cru vineyards in Côte des Blancs. 12,5% alcohol. Tasted blind.
Quite youthful, pale yellow color. The nose feels a bit simple with somewhat linear aromas of ripe citrus fruits, some spicy red apple, a little bit of stony minerality and a hint of fresh yellow fruits. The wine feels dry, linear and a bit round on the palate with a medium body and flavors of mealy yellow apple, some chalky mineral tones, a little bit of fresh yellow fruit and a hint of saline minerality. The mousse feels creamy and persistent and the acidity comes across as quite high. The finish is dry and clean with a medium-long aftertaste of fresh yellow fruit, some red apple tones, a little bit of chalky minerality and a sweet hint of ripe citrus fruits.
A pleasant but quite simple and one-dimensional Blanc de Blancs that offers very little depth or complexity. This is just a decent, clean sparkling wine with very little or anything that would make me think of Champagne. At least the wine isn't as lean and austere as some young Blancs de Blancs can be - something that might have to do with the warmer vintages - but I guess that also translates to the anonymity of this wine. This feels more like a 15€ Crémant than a proper Champagne. Meh.

My first try of this for me unknown sparkler, typical Champagne nose, white bread crest, little nutty, ripe apple fruit, good balance, easy swallowing all the way, white bread and nuts, juicy yellow fruit, good finish, a well working entry level champagne, pnp and enjoy! Around 87,88

A rather nice Champagne. Nothing to scream from the rooftops about, but a good wine for a fair price. A classic softness and roundness expected of a Blanc de Blancs, some perceived sweetness indicative of the Brut style. Fresh peach, pear, apple and citrus notes with hits of brioche and creme. Elegant, approachable and- dare I say-quaffable wine. A good place to start for someone interested in getting into Champagne.

Drank during Louisville fire evacuations with some evacuee friends staying with us. Lovely! Great acidity and some brioche on the nose. Had some cheap Prosecco that was accidentally opened right next to it and it was like night and day. Cool!

This recently-purchased bottle has the lot identifier of "LB51975B." Pale yellow and with a brisk, medium-sized bead, it delivers a light-bodied package of quince, green apples, cardamom, toasted bread and wet stones. Vibrantly acidic and with good mid-palate presence, it concludes with a crisp, medium-length finish. Very delicate in style, this Blanc de Blancs will be at its best over the next 2-3 years. Drink now-2024.

Diam cork. Light lemon colour. Floral notes, Granny Smith apple, lemon, almond, biscuit, warm brioche, and a hint of smoke, with fresh acidity, and very good length. Light-bodied, with fine mousse. Clean and fresh. Moderate complexity, but good balance and freshness.

Much better after spending a day open in the fridge. On open it had lots of red fruit and brioche. It felt out of balance with the acidity, making it a bit flabby. but after a day those sweeter flavors blew off, the acidity was more prominent and it was a rich balanced champagne. I think of this like a bollinger, with perhaps less aged character.

Other impressions here reflect my views quite accurately. I would put this in the category, “pull this at the end of the night when you really shouldn’t drink anymore”. It will pale in comparison to what you had earlier, but it’s just satisfying enough to quench that last thirst of the night. Then you’ll also have a good amount left over for breakfast :) 4+11+16+7= 88

Quite a full bodied wine in line with some of the major houses. Bready and yeasty with a high dosage I would imagine. Still enjoyable and easy drinking.

Very French nose: earthy and pleasantly stinky. Notes of sauteed mushroom, brie, and sweat, plus fresh notes of lemon and mineral water. Full-bodied mouthfeel, with flavours of baked apple, mushroom, and lightly-toasted bread. Some acidity, but doesn't have the palate-cleansing sharpness of the best Champagnes.

Mid lemon colour. Quite full, creamy, slightly toasty nose. Buttery vanilla chardonnay, a touch of guava. Taste similar - broad and rich with a tang, like lime cheesecake. Good, correct for the style, and excellent value at this price. [Composite cork + cage; 12.5% abv; Marks & Spencer, on offer at £13.33]

Quite intense yellow-green color. Rather muted nose with vague aromas of ripe citrus fruits, a little bit of autolytic toast and a subtle hint of sweet apple jam. The wine feels ripe and fruity with rather predictable flavors of something between unripe green apples and tart citrus fruits along with a hint of sweeter white fruits. The medium-long mousse feels aggressively fizzy at first but settles down quickly to gentle prickle. The wine is moderately high in acidity. The finish is crisp, mineral and quite high in acidity with medium-long flavors of tart citrus fruits, some green apples and a hint of whitecurrant.
Ho hum. As predictable as Blancs des Blancs go. High acidity, quite racy, tart white fruit, very little to no toast. The mousse is lacking finesse and feels more fitting for Sprite than Champagne. A very simple and quite reliable entry-level BdB that really doesn't offer any surprises, but doesn't really fail either. Extremely harmless and one-dimensional.

Open, typical scent. Bread, coconut oil comes first followed by some mushrooms and caramel sause.
Bread, coconut oil, white flowers, conference pears and pink grapefruit on the palate. Nicely balanced with some poolished minerals in the mid palate. In the end there is a uplifting grapefruit bitterness that distinguish this from other champagnes. The grapefruit gets more marked after some time in the glass.
Overall a rather personal and well made champagne.
