Saturday, October 15, 2011 - This was the 2nd wine I've tried recently from the Cotes de Gascogne. Slightly less crisp than I was expecting but I still note primarily mineral flavors, though the texture of this wine is slightly richer than I expected. Slightly out of balance but still quite pleasant as a starter.
