Friday, October 28, 2011 - Color is golden yellow, good body, great mouth feel, very creamy. Served warmer than usual and it brought out the aromas of peach, buttered toast, bisquit, brioche, apple, pear with a honey liquour finish. Tasted as it smelled with additional graphite, It has the taste of a more aged champagne. Very interesting in light of Bon Vivant and WIML notes suggesting that aging is developing this wine to its fullest. Definitely NOT over the hill.
