Monday, November 14, 2011 - Fairly consistent with previous bottles. Limpid yellow with a green hue. The nose is quite full with notes of lemon juice and good minerality. Fresh and almost a little "spritzery" with good minerality, zippy lemon fruit and a herby finish. A great midweek bottle.
