Nose: The nose had a very good balance of citrus and hints of honey producing a very clean smell.
Palate: Flavor is very clean with citrus, lemon, green apple with touches of grapefuit with some mineality.
Finish: The finish very light, crisp and refreshing.
Thoughts: We keep using this wine frequently with guests. We like how it wake's up the palate for the rest of the meal and pairs so well with a variety of Hors d’oeuvre. Even non wine drinkers seem to enjoy it.
