Tuesday, November 29, 2011 - Clear light gold core with medium sized persistent bubbles. Clean nose of apple, nut, mineral with a tiny bit of autolysis - but ultimately a simple nose. Dry with the minerality showing initially along with the medium intense crisp apple and citrus. Medium plus acid, medium minus body,medium alcohol. Good mousse and mouthfeel. Medium length finish with the minerals and apple continuing. A very well made wine - am going to pick up a few bottles and see what happens in 4 or 5 years. Is definitely a drink now wine but there's something there that suggests it could handle a little aging. Stay posted in 2015...
