Wednesday, November 30, 2011 - Pretty salmon pink/orange. Nose was fairly shy, perhaps too cold? Some blood orange in the nose. Sharp acid cuts through the mouth like a razor. Orange-y citrus. Nice enough, but I still generally don't get pink Champagnes.
