Wednesday, December 14, 2011 - Mild evergreen, earth and aromatics and black cherry. Moderate tannin provides structure and finish has a cocoa flavor. This merlot contrasts with many silky fruit heavy Merlots. it is lean and a little tight but balanced and flavorful.
