Saturday, December 17, 2011 - In a three-soup, three wine dinner, this was the wine that was great with the big red soup, delicate in a way but huge aromas of dark fruit and oak with a dark berry dusty smoke flavor. Also great with turkey snd chicken, but don't overlook the hearty red veggie soap as it's food pairing.
