Monday, November 6, 2006 - Dinner w/ the in-laws and a perfect choice. Has matured nicely and oak integrated albeit certainly there. Very nice rich buttery chard that was good w/ dinner and nice to sip before. Prior strange, bitter taste nowhere to be seen.
