Saturday, December 24, 2011 - Dark berry & cherry flavor, some spice and oak. Decanted for less than 30 minutes and drank firm but smoothly. Had a glass left 6 days later and it drank beautifully. Still a nice finish, plenty of dark fruit and a touch of mint.
